$90,000 - $130,000 yearly

• Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New and Used teams, Internet Sales, Finance Managers, and Service Drive Sales
• Ability to motivate people to succeed in a commission sales environment
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Directs the activities of all department associates, ensuring proper staffing, discipline, and management
• Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times
• Ensure high standards are held for the delivery of vehicles to customers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Creates a culture of integrity where everyone is held accountable

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Must be a team player with the ability to share knowledge and strengthen teammates
• Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to understand profit and loss statements
• Previous experience with high volume and producing high units per month is preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including a drug test and background screen
• Must have at least 2-5 years of successful experience in automotive sales or equivalent sales industry
• Must have an excellent driving record with a valid Driver’s License
