3+ years project/program management with success managing projects using various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD, etc)

Experience in business analyst including gathering/documenting of technical business requirements and/or process maps presenting technical information to non-technical leadership

Business Management and Transformation Consultant

Consulting or internal consulting experience preferred

Experience working with formal process improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean process improvement, value improvement etc. )

Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management.

Must possess strong attention to detail with exceptional time management skills.

Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage external partners (suppliers etc.)

BSc in Business Administration or hospitality management a plus.

Manage inventory and labor with COGS accountability.

Oversee Lob course maintenance, ensuring optimal gameplay experience.

7+ years of big box or large multi-unit retail management experience.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

5+ years of multi-store management at a District Manager or multi-unit level.

Academic retail experience is a plus.

Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

3+ years experience in a business or function role (sales, operations, HR, finance, marketing, etc)

10+ years of professional experience working in corporate settings, notably in data analytics; consulting experience is a plus

Design: Lead clients through a human-centered design approach to problem solving, collaborating closely with combined client teams.

Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record in business, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related field

Advanced graduate degree preferred (but not required)

Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience

Experience in/or appreciation of dental industry preferred

3 – 5 years of business to business sales experience

Capital equipment roles require 3 or more years of capital equipment sales experience

Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and experience in resolving conflict and problem solving

Be a vehicle expert. Exhibit knowledge of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.

Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
