WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

A minimum of 7 years' experience working full-time within marketing at a creative agency

A photoshop wizard with the demonstrated ability to depict ideas, experiences, and campaigns…as if the concepts were real

Partner with the Creative Directors and broader team to concept and refine ideas across media

Review the work of Art Directors and Copywriters and direct and improve their efforts

Minimum of 3 years management experience leading teams of creatives required.

Experience using project management software.

25% staff management including coaching and mentoring staff, and administrative tasks.

Encourage individuals to take on specific roles to deepen existing skills or develop new ones.

Appropriately balance client desires, business requirements and marketing strategies.

Minimum of 7 years professional experience required.

Displays creative problem-solving skills across various mediums.

Possesses excellent communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and messages.

Skilled in presenting and selling ideas, creative strategies, and rationale, both internally and externally.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to generate innovative and compelling concepts.

Photo and video art direction experience for both product and lifestyle.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to clearly express written and graphical concepts to other team members.

Experience in 3d modeling for consumer electronics or IoT.

Photo and video production capabilities.

3+ years experience in fine arts handling

Crating experience is a PLUS

Graphic design & photography skills are a major plus

Collaborate with research, product development and Brand managers, to generate strategies and concepts to support the Brands business goals and objectives

Owns strong communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, Possesses basic copywriting skills relevant to the articulation of creative strategy

Understands aspects of print production and pre-pro. Experience with pre-pro and on site film production

Work closely with brand teams to manage creative deliverables

Creating sketches, mood boards, layouts, POS, presentations, as well as manage 3D renders

Use your knowledge of our consumer, understand that “DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE”

In-depth problem-solving skills from on photo set experience or relevant experience

Collaborate with Director of Photography and Sr. Manager, Creative and photo team to create the visual direction for ecommerce lifestyle photography.

Minimum 3 years’ experience, in graphic design, photography, art direction, or styling

Minimum 3 years’ experience in photo art direction on set and location

Experience leading a freelance or internal team from pre-production to execution on time and according to brand standards.

Photo editing and retouching knowledge

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience presenting work and managing relationships with clients through the work

Experience in scoping art and design hours for projects to ensure we are setting ourselves up for success

Ability to self-manage, and manage junior creatives, especially during a crunched timeline

Production experience in art direction and design for video, digital and social platforms

Experience and/or interest in art, social media marketing, museum studies, business or other related fields.

Experience with social media, graphic or web design are a plus.

This is a great position for an art student wanting to learn how a gallery is run.
