Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment highly preferred

Knowledge of packaging equipment and processes, as well as quality control principles.

Good communication skills, able to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and team members.

Root cause, problem solving skills are highly preferred

Prepare trimmed whole flower for packaging

Filling flower packaging; Accurately weigh whole flower material following all quality control (QC) standards

Filling and assembling pre-roll cones; ability to operate machinery

Labeling flower and pre-roll receptacles for compliance

Follow all QC protocols set forth within the department, including cleaning, storage, and green waste standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Ability to follow precise directions and timelines for all tasks, and remain flexible as business needs evolve
