10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in an Investment Management or Investment Services organization or Hedge Fund

Work as a Program Manager in large-scale technology transformation projects for clients within the Investment Management or Investment Services Industry

Plan and co-ordinate various project phases such as Requirements Gathering, Development, and UAT and manage multiple project managers leading individual workstreams

Consolidate and report program status to senior management and run steering committee meetings with Senior stakeholders including C-Suite executives.

Hands-on with project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence/MS Office

At least 10 years of experience in asset management with good knowledge of the local markets.

Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.

Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent.

Experience with SAP will be an advantage.

Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cashflow and asset value.

Preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection.

Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining IT Asset Management standards at scale in a distributed environment; retail environment experience a plus

5+ years of industry experience as a program manager within a technology environment, demonstrating successful program delivery and continuous improvement

A skilled communicator who can drive business strategy while managing technical complexity

Experience developing and maintaining effective partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and technical leaders

Strong knowledge of retail technology and IT infrastructure (compute, POS, network, storage)

Maturity, judgment, vendor negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills are essential

Previous experience at an asset management firm; background in client service and/or institutional client base preferred

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task and to manage complex assignments

Manage the service relationship for assigned group of clients, aligned with the Client Advisor & Client Investment Specialist

Act as the central point of contact for clients for non-investment related activity and proactively manage and develop relationships with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2+ years of management experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent

Understand AssetSmart and Custodian Certification

Prior experience with DoD Contract/Sub-contracts

CPPS (Certified Professional Property Specialist) certification

Negotiate contracts, including property management agreements and retail leases.

Work constructively with other internal teams including Portfolio Management, Facilities Management, Group Development Management and Legal to accomplish your portfolio goals.

Actively manage your own portfolio of assets while building a reputation of credibility and thought leadership within the team.

Manage relationships with fee managers, leasing brokers and other vendors.

Successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with solid quantitative, financial, and analytical skills

Strong knowledge of present value, NPV, IRR and DCF concepts and calculations as well as strong financial modeling ability

Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Certificate or Diploma

Master’s degree with an emphasis in infrastructure asset management

5+ years Process, Project and/or Program management experience.

Knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point) in creating professional enablement/training content with ability to quickly learn new application software skill.

Manages various enablement projects and coordinates enablement activities

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in making an impact and driving business outcomes.
