Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Education/Experience:

Participates in all in-service programs to expand and develop abilities.

Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality) with no restrictions.

One year experience in long-term care setting preferred.

Interviews residents to determine medical problem/condition and documents in chart for physician.

Obtains and records resident vital signs and weight.

Adhere to all AS9100 requirements as specified in work instructions and by your supervisor.

Ability to understand and work from blueprints, past experience with measuring tools.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to manage priorities as well as understand the demands of production.

Comfortable with technical issues, leveraging previous technical experience to solve technical problems

Perform all assembly, bonding, testing and screening in conformance with parts specifications.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

Prior patient care experience requiredorin lieu of experience one of the following certifications:

Completion of a Medical Assistant training program (Certification or Registration preferred)

Minimum of 6 months experience

Certified in Basic Life SupportorHeartsaver CPR with AED within 90 days of employment,and

Certified as a Nursing Assistant by the Texas Department of Health, preferredor

1+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment (specifically, small parts assembly)

General understanding of lean manufacturing and concepts

Required to work 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

Assure that proper anesthesia related equipment is available and in the correct configuration for the next case.

Assembling and preparing intravenous (IV) solutions, invasive monitoring lines including: Arterial, CVP, PA/LAP, blood lines and carriers.

Provide supportive assistance to the client's recovery needs.

Ability to establish a relationship with client that displays dignity and respect as reflected in professional language and appropriate boundaries.

2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience

Knowledge of electrical theory and/or electrical assembly is a plus, but we can teach this
