MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains up to date knowledge of drugs and their side effects specific to the elderly population.

Uses appropriate medical terminology and approved abbreviations.

Assures accurate shift narcotic and key count and medication disposal per policy.

Follows the 5 rights when administering medications.

Accurately and legibly records drug administration and resident reaction to medications in the appropriate records.

PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE, AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS

Interpret the department's policies and procedures to employees, residents, visitors, government agencies, etc.

Ensure that nursing personnel are following their prospective job descriptions.

Ensure that reference materials are maintained at the nurses’ station and are current.

Periodically review the resident's written discharge plan. Participate in the updating of this plan as necessary.

Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

Writes reports accurately and thoroughly in software management system and records data on appropriate log/forms.

At least one (1) year of animal control or animal handling experience preferred.

Motivated with a positive can-do attitude

Passions and care for the animals

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with the general public, TDHH, law enforcement officers, and co-workers

Collects license, shelter and impoundment fees as required.

Greet and approach all guests with a smile everyday

Complete daily guestroom cleaning and daily projects to include:

Change bed linen and make beds

Replenish guestroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee, cups, toilet paper, etc)

Clean public areas, walkways, and patios

Report any technical issue and maintenance needs immediately when found

Exhibits strong customer service skills, including multi-tasking

Previous Night Audit Experience is a plus

Be very knowledgeable of Marriott Rewards program and promotions

Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies

Be knowledgeable of the local area, including: shopping, entertainment, and dining

Complete any other related task given by manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to inventory management and purchasing.

Support Management with the following responsibilities:

Proficient in using inventory management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Acquires all appropriate and necessary licenses and certifications for the facility

Two years experience as an administrator of a long term care facility, and Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrators License

Responsible for the actions of all employees, thus personnel policies and procedures must be written and revised and enforced

Performs or oversees the performance of all accounting functions; i.e.. Accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly financial statements

Prepares an annual budget for the facility

Performs marketing techniques to improve and/or maintain resident census

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Directs the operations division of the Fire Department to ensure the most efficient and effective performance of delivering emergency services;

Counsel and discipline department personnel;

Oversee and maintain training records on personnel for the Texas Fire Commission on Fire Protection and Texas Department of State Health Services;

Assists in the preparation of proposed budgets, and the maintenance of adequate records of Fire Department activities;

Oversees the maintenance, repair, improvements and replacement of rescue, EMS, and firefighting equipment along with other properties of the department;

Assists with emergency management as needed or directed.

Present and explain fire code requirements and fire prevention information to architects; engineers, and developers; business owners.

Conduct public fire safety education lectures and demonstrations to schools, businesses, and civic organizations.

Must hold Fire Inspector Certification through the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP).

Must hold Fire Investigator Certification through TCFP.

Must hold CPR Instructor Certification or obtain certification within six months after hire date.

Strong background in senior leadership roles with experience in contract and budget management, customer service, people development, food services, negotiations, etc.

Ensures compliance with QA, policy, and USDA program requirements, along with completing all required reporting on time

Shows expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communications (written and verbal) skills

Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills

Drives self and team towards building strong relationships with clients at all levels and achievement of key performance indicators

Serves as representative/brand ambassador of the Morrison Living team to most senior clients in the region, and acts as escalation point

Ensures compliance with QA, policy, and USDA program requirements, along with completing all required reporting on time

Ensure Sales Representative’s plans within stores are being followed and communicate any issues with your Mondelēz management team.

Follow the daily route plan (store to store) prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient instore service.

Work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and the construction of promotional displays.

Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Professional, positive, and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Establish clear expectations for staff performance with regard to instructional strategies, classroom management, and communication with the public.

Management of Fiscal, Administrative, and Facilities Functions

Manage use of school facilities. Oversee maintenance of facilities to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe campus.

Master’s degree in educational administration

Reinforce expectations for staff performance with regard to instructional strategies and classroom management.

Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)

Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction

Ability to manage budget and personnel

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Two years of experience as a classroom teacher.

Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills

Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement

2 years minimum experience in loan processing required

We prefer an Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business - High school diploma or GED required

Vet Tech experience a plus, but not required

Experience handling dogs or livestock in general

Grading or redistributing earth, aggregates, or materials for the construction of structures.

Operating GPS and laser leveling machine to regulate elevation and angle of slopes performing rough grading.
