Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events

Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its application.

Accountabilities Shared By All Employees

Experience with highway maintenance or construction.

Snow removal experience (using snow blowers, snow plows, sanding or deicing).

Experience operating a variety of tools and equipment.

Two years of maintenance and/or construction experience in roadway/highway, bridge, sign, drawbridge or landscape,

Work a wide variety of equipment and get your boots on the ground to repair roadway surfaces and shoulders.

Keep roads and facilities clear and safe in winter—do snow removal, deicing and sanding.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education or formal training in the field of horticulture.

Maintains flower gardens by digging, planting, and weeding flower beds and borders; applying nutrients to plants; and maintaining moisture levels.

Operates light equipment and hand tools to perform maintenance duties including a small utility vehicle, pruning shears, and shovel.

Cleans and maintains tools and equipment.

Regular and timely work attendance.

Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday.

64 Hours Per Pay Period (2 Weeks)

Provides dignified, respectful, resident-centered care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

To accurately document cares provided, resident observations.

Assist resident to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.

To provide a dignified, respectful, resident-centered environment for residents.

Skill and knowledge of basic park resources, including overnight campgrounds, facility operations, maintenance, and resource interpretation.

Skill in common courtesy and providing factual information based on observation, knowledge, and understanding while communicating with others.

Experience performing irrigation, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, woodworking, electrical skills and grounds keeping tasks.

Utilize carpentry skills to mend or construct walls, floors, ceiling, and roofs using hand and power tools.

Experience using a computer with software programs to enter data, registration of customers, fee collection, reconciling fees and completing deposits.

Skill in the safe use of tools, materials, and equipment associated with the maintenance of landscapes, buildings, facilities, and utilities.

Payroll Management: 2 years (Preferred)

· Responsible for the confidential management and production of regularly scheduled and supplemental payrolls for all associates

· Directs and manages the payroll specialist.

· Manages the safe and confidential storage of all signed associate timesheets and other backup

· Communicates any discrepancies in benefits to HR immediately including but not limited to unused deductions

· Responsible for the storage of payroll records and reports in accordance with appropriate requirements

Dead heading and maintaining plants.

Helping customers with their plants and gardening

Prolonged periods of standing and walking, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.

Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, days, weekends, and holidays.

Assist project management team with estimates for change order requests as needed.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Is well organized and manages his/her time efficiently

Has a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry

Proficient in Word, Excel, On Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid and Adobe Acrobat

Must be willing to split time between the Bay Area and our Sacramento office. Stay overnight if necessary.

Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday.

24 Hours Per Pay Period (2 Weeks)
