Bachelors degree REQUIRED - perfer Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related major

Lead team of salaried Operations Managers and Frontline employees

Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills

Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety

Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues

Motivate the team to achieve performance targets

At least 2 years of warehouse management experience

Manage the full warehouse & fulfillment team and associated leads

Manage, maintain, and update our WMS system to ensure smooth production & accurate inventory tracking for product launches and special initiatives

Comfortable with math and finances
