Meta Campaigns & Account Management

Own, manage and grow digital channel strategies for clients.

Facebook Ads Certification a plus.

Create and optimize Meta campaigns across several industry verticals including e-commerce and B2B.

Be responsible for day to dayMeta ad****operationsand performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage & analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance based on client goals.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience in a similar role.

- Must be a fluent English speaker.

Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD

Experience with Linux administration (Debian)

This role is for MrBeast Gaming and is fully REMOTE

Working with the YouTube API to extract and analyze data from YouTube channels, videos, and other sources

Developing scripts and tools to automate the collection and processing of YouTube data

Implementing and maintaining YouTube integrations for various projects

Manage the end to end campaign process - set up, monitoring, and reporting

Manage communications across multiple internal teams and external clients

Communicate: You have strong communication skills and are able to distill complex messages to multiple audiences, internally and externally.

You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing at a digital agency, retail media network, or in a CPG environment

Excellent analytical abilities (comfort with Excel required; SQL preferred) with strong attention to detail

Analyze metrics to make strategic campaign optimization recommendations aligned to unique advertiser goals

Craft video summaries of interviews and experiences of users to illustrate findings with user voices.

Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, related fields, or 8+ years of industry experience

Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Experience working in ambiguity and complex cross-functional collaborations.
