Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Volunteer Management experience preferred.

Facilitate formal and informal recognition efforts and events to promote community and honor the volunteer experience and contributions.

Position is hybrid, working from home and some days in the office.

Specific Duties: manage youth clubs; manage internship program; coordinate events.

Experience working with and leading volunteers.

Lead and train volunteer leaders to conduct a comprehensive volunteer onboarding program for each volunteer position.

Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or education OR comparable work experience

Experience or a demonstrated desire to work with the economically disadvantaged, homeless, or public assistance recipient populations
