Overview Youth Services Specialist I is a professional position responsible for providing services to youth and their families in a variety of settings. This position works with youth to develop and implement individualized plans to meet their needs, and to provide support and guidance to ensure their success. Detailed Job Description Youth Services Specialist I is responsible for providing direct services to youth and their families in a variety of settings. This includes providing individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention. The specialist will also provide support and guidance to youth in order to help them reach their goals. The specialist will also work with other professionals to coordinate services and ensure that the youth’s needs are met. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with youth

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to youth services

• Ability to pass a background check
