We could greatly benefit from individuals with expertise in training, certification development, program design, and assessment experience.

Clinical experience, particularly in mental health, is a significant plus.

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the world)

Collaborate closely with founder(s), always keeping the youth and their transition into adulthood front and center.

Proven experience in youth program management, ideally related to food sustainability, nutrition, agriculture, or culinary arts.

Youth Program Management & Development

Expert Partner & Volunteer Management

Continuously updating and enhancing the curriculum to meet diverse student needs and age requirements.

Collaborating closely with chef educators to optimize lesson plans and educational effectiveness.

Skillfully organizing and preparing materials, recipes, and supplies for each chef-led session.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Manage and implement assigned coach’s seasonal training schedules. Track coaching hours and assist management with arranging cover where required.

Assist with camp, clinic, and club operations, including on-field program management, information sheets (club, clinic, camp, event)

Manage, support and track completion and quality of coach administration tasks such as timesheets, team reports, club reports, and player evaluations.

On-field liaison with club partners reporting back to Regional Managers on all aspect of club development. and operations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes

Assists in coordinating required communication and execution plans to customers and/or prospects that will allow for professional, first-class customer experience.

Previous MLS and/or US Soccer Development Academy experience – Preferred.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office software.

Experience working with youth in recreational/sports activities – Preferred.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external contacts.

Minimum of three years of supervision/management experience

Strong budget creation and management skills.

Meet and document continuing education requirements for self.

Goal: ensure sound fiscal management

Identify areas of professional development needed and work with Program Managers to develop, schedule, and facilitate training.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations.
