Youth Development Program Manager Jobs in New York

Design and deliver training workshops, retreats, and other learning initiatives to enhance the leadership and management skills of our managers.

Strong knowledge of innovative leadership and management principles and practices.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in managerial skills and create targeted development plans.

Facilitate group discussions, team building activities, and interactive sessions to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among managers.

10+ years of experience; 5+ years of direct L&D experience in Manager Development

Manage quarterly performance reviews including rolling out new performance review tools and updating review templates

5-8 years of experience in talent development

Prior experience at a tech firm a plus

Help design and implement programs that foster growth, learning, and advancement opportunities

Conduct research on best practices in talent development and provide recommendations to optimize the firm’s programs
