Youth Pastor - Community Church Big Bear

Develop and maintain effective relationships with various community leaders and manage outreach programs.
Plan and teach lessons for our Wednesday night youth group and our Sunday morning youth group.
Recruit, train, and disciple volunteer youth staff, with diverse gifts and personalities, to implement programs effectively.
Provide counseling, guidance, and spiritual direction to youth and parents.
Organize and lead spring and summer camps, and youth short-term mission trips.
Develop and administer youth ministry budget according to parameters.
