One year experience working with Youth and Young Adults experiencing co-occurring disorders in addition to psychiatric conditions required.
Provides 1:1 support, coaching, and modeling to support and improve engagement in services
Carries caseload of 10 YYA for the purposes of providing individual 1:1 peer mentoring
Provides the core staffing for the SEAC
Uses the Young Adult Peer Mentoring Practice Profile to define role

This includes creating and managing programs and activities that will attract and retain young adult members. The Coordinator will also be responsible for researching and analyzing trends in the young adult demographic and developing strategies to target and engage this demographic. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s activities and initiatives to young adults.
