Detailed Job Description Yard Hostlers are responsible for operating a variety of vehicles in a yard or warehouse setting. This includes driving and maneuvering trailers, containers, and other equipment around the yard or warehouse. They must ensure that all vehicles are operated in a safe and efficient manner. Yard Hostlers must also be able to inspect and maintain vehicles, as well as perform minor repairs and maintenance. They must also be able to follow all safety protocols and regulations.
