Proactively coaches and develops Store team to perform their responsibilities at a high level.

Ensures all customer-facing technology is functional to optimize sales opportunities, Store, and employee experiences.

Works closely with the Store Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient scheduling.

Leverages available tools to monitor customer feedback, coach, and take action to improve the store experience.

Builds collaborative relationships with market and region stakeholders including the Operations Manager.

2+ years retail experience with an established track record of exceeding and/or achieving sales and service results.

No prior cleaning experience necessary, looking for motivated individuals

Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night

Stocking all necessary items before guests enter the venue

Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills

Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.

Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.

Bachelor’s degree in management preferred or experience in lieu of degree

Minimum of two years’ experience as Facilities Manager in a comparable division

Oversees the onboarding of staff using the application Workday and ensures that all employee data is managed properly

Assists, in coordination with the general manager, in preparation of annual operations budget

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events

Previous experience dealing with police and public officials

Develop positive relationships with store personnel and management.

Understand and demonstrate integrity, respect, and the ability to develop positive relationships with management, customers, and peers.

Report store issues, challenges AND successes in a timely manner to the Retail Store Manager.

Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of multiple wireless carriers’ products and pricing models, as well.

Ensure the timely completion of various administrative responsibilities

Must have 1 year experience in the wireless industry and /or retail sales.

Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service

Must have strong communication skills

Must have cash handling experience

Prior relatable experience is a plus

Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS (point of sale)

Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions

Achieves all sales and service metrics through daily supervision, mentor, and consistent performance management (e.g., subject area) of retail sales team.
