Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

·Technical knowledge with Control Valves, Desuperheaters and Steam Conditioning Products and the systems they go in.

·Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

·2+ years of technical experience in customer support and/or troubleshooting of industrial equipment/technology

·2+ years in-plant operations experience.

Consulting with management and sales teams on product development.

Ability to liaise with management and the sales department on application development.

Ensuring that product offerings and functionalities are aligned with consumer trends.

Training salespeople on product specifications and service offerings.

Extensive experience in application engineering in a sales environment.

Advanced knowledge of software application development, installation, and maintenance.

Write the technical portion of the proposal in collaboration with Senior Commercial Manager and R&D/Technical team

5-12 years of experience as Process Engineer in an EPC company or their customers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Have experience interacting with customers to provide product recommendations and technical support throughout product sales cycles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate proposals and negotiate agreements.

Have experience developing technical solutions to product integration challenges faced by customers

Excellent engineering communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the customer.

Strong self-discipline and results orientation, proven problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field - or equivalent professional work experience.

2+ years of work experience with demonstrated success in Sales, or technical customer support.

Strong knowledge of Intel DCAI products and organization structure.

Previous experience working with large cloud service providers.
