·Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.

·Complete on-the-job development for knowledge capture processes, including conducting interviews, and transcribing and communicating critical knowledge.

·Works with QE Managers and Technicians to facilitate process adherence to divisional work instructions.

•Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Duration:6+ months, Contract to hire after 6 months it will turn into full time

Experience with Knowledge Management or Content Management Systems, such as Confluence, SharePoint

Works with Knowledge Management System administrators to ensure content is properly organized and maintained

Understanding of knowledge management taxonomy and processes

2 years of technical or process specific documentation experience

Experience with development of procedural documentation

Strong writing and editing skills

• Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat PDF software

• Knowledge of European (MDR, IVDR) and United States medical device regulations and understanding of regulatory requirements

• Experience creating and reviewing technical specifications

• Comply with assigned and scheduled training requirements

• Experience working in quality systems (e.g., Agile PLM)

• Experience with Text Compare software
