Workday Security Manager Jobs

Largely remote with some onsite for go-lives/meetings.

Focus on the tenant aspect and serve as the workday product owner.

Develop the organizations Workday Roadmap.

Liaison and support for Workday Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions.

Coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security requirements.

Develop and maintain awareness of data security to ensure compliance with applicable MultiCare policies and procedures.

Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.

Stay updated on new security features within the application’s future roadmap and implement where possible.

Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with both technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and maintain the Workday Security Matrix

Architect Workday HCM security solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated

Configure and maintain security groups, roles, and permissions across all Workday modules and users

Conduct security reviews and audits to ensure compliance

Serve as subject matter expert and assist peer teams in mitigating security risks and providing best practices

Review and approve various security requests
