Overview A WLI Program Officer is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) program. This includes developing and managing the program’s budget, coordinating activities, and providing support to program participants. The Program Officer is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profits, and other organizations. Detailed Job Description The WLI Program Officer is responsible for developing and managing the program’s budget, coordinating activities, and providing support to program participants. The Program Officer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profits, and other organizations. The Program Officer will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the success of the program. This includes developing and implementing program goals and objectives, monitoring program progress, and evaluating program outcomes. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least two years of experience in program management
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising
• Experience in developing and managing budgets
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies
• Experience in working with stakeholders
