4+ years of manufacturing experience

Wire & Cable industry experience

Experience in process driven, continuous operations

Experience leading high performance work teams

Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies

Evaluate, synthesize, and interrelate information from internal and external sources when solving problems and making decisions

Strong leadership and project management skills

Comprehensive knowledge and skill for more complex applications to include Word, Excel, Visio, AutoCAD, ArcGIS/ESRI, 3GIS, Google Earth, etc.

Familiar with the engineering and operational requirements of maintenance and fiber relocation efforts.

Knowledge of the inside plant equipment and active electronics is preferable.

Recognize vulnerabilities in network infrastructure and make sound decisions to ensure reliability – within financial constraints.

Multi-task to effectively manage a wide range of simultaneous activities, often interrupted by other demands.
