They must be able to configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, including Windows Server, Windows 10, and Windows 7. They must also be able to configure and troubleshoot IAC (Infrastructure as Code) solutions, such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef. They must be able to monitor and maintain system performance and security, and be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
