Overview Windchill Support is a technical role that provides technical support and troubleshooting for the Windchill product suite. The Windchill product suite is a set of software applications used to manage product lifecycle information and processes. The Windchill Support role is responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices. Detailed Job Description The Windchill Support role is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the Windchill product suite. This includes responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices. The Windchill Support role will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer documentation, providing training to customers and internal users, and assisting with product upgrades and installations.
