Manages Central Venous Access Devices (CVADs) complications and catheter repair.

Minimum of 2 years experience in placing IVs and managing CVADs within the past 5 years is required.

Experience placing PICC Lines preferred.

Evaluates appropriate intravenous catheter/device to support optimal patient outcomes.

Assesses the appropriateness for and demonstrates competency in placing PICCs using the bedside Ultrasound Machine.

Establishes difficult intravenous (IV) insertions throughout the hospital.

Professional Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

Proven ability to cultivate design talent – training, development, performance management – direct reports and contract resources

5 + years of experience in apparel design, required

Expert technical skill proficiency using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, required

Demonstrated ability to sketch technical drawings, with strong hand sketch and competent computer design skills

Demonstrated capability and knowledge of varied constructions spanning ALL categories

Compensation will be based on your experience level and skillset.

Certification in Intravenous Therapy (IV) and experience in starting IV lines.

Proven experience as an IV Starter Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Thoroughly document medical history, physical assessment, procedures and other necessary documentation in format as outlined by company policy
