We are looking for MIG welders for our client located in Fall River!

Pay: Starting at $18-25/hour + 20% shift premium

Monitor and assign daily work to all subordinates.

Oversee daily operations and end of shift reports

Follow up on issues as needed

Develop a strong set of world class skills in the area of packaging

Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Consistently manufacture “great tasting” sausage products according to specifications

Work together with other Packaging Members to obtain World Class packaging results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies

Learn and be part of developing and enhancing new technology in the packaging department
