Proven experience in program management, governance, and leading cross-functional teams.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to senior management on financial crimes-related matters.

Manage a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of financial crimes governance and program management.

Develop and refine the bank's financial crimes governance framework, policies, and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Strong project planning and management skills.

Outstanding time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written communication skills for preparing clear and concise risk management reports and documentation.

Effectively manage and lead the risk management team personnel.

Oversee the management of property and GL/PL captive solutions (claims management, accounting/payment of claims, managing relationship with captive manager).

Provide oversight of litigation matters related to risk management.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the affiliate experience and propose process improvements to drive efficiency.

Relevant experience in a client-facing role
