Works with finance team to obtain financing, as needed

Maintains solid knowledge of brands and products; including features, specifications, pricing, options, and standard equipment

Excellent communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees

Previous sales experience preferred butnot required

Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner

Greets customers with a welcoming attitude and listens to their needs

Familiarity with SAP, MES (electronic batch records), TrackWise (quality event management), or equivalent systems.

Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to tasks mentioned above.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Quality Assurance experience within pharmaceutical or a related industry.

Knowledge and solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations and FDA/EU guidelines.

Exceptional customer service skills (World class).

Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Can earn on average $15.00 to $20.00 per hour based on sales incentives

Maintains strong Finance Source Relationships

Responsible to have a firm understanding of products and services offered

Successfully obtains lender approvals through appropriate deal structure and strong negotiation skills

Reviews all deals for accuracy i.e. finance reserve, taxes, registration fees etc.

The F&I Manager has a responsibility to log in sales income. Verify insurance with customers, agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs

Sales, Customer Service, Prospecting skills, Technical understanding, Building relationships, Data Entry, Problem Solving, Organization, Product Knowledge.
