Warrior Way Team Member Pt Jobs in Alabama

Mapping software experience (GIS, Google Earth, ability to deed plot, ability to learn any client internal mapping systems).

Demonstrate excellent computer knowledge through effective use of software including Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and database use.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Right-of-Way industry primarily dealing with negotiations of easements for pipelines;

Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners and local government officials and agencies.

Represents client and self with professionalism and integrity. Can relate to people from various backgrounds. Can diffuse tense situations quickly.

Thorough understanding of surface use agreements, easements, pipeline ROW, surface titles, and gov't laws/regulations related to Right of Way operations.

Possess general computer skills and knowledge of business applications (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)

High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Display the ability effectively and professionally negotiate for land rights on behalf of APC from property owners.

Display the ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and keep files organized accordingly (multitasking).

Travel (greater than 50%) is required to support this work and could involve locations across Alabama within the APC service territory.
