Assist the Building Superintendent in maintaining the schedule for resident move-ins/outs and elevator usage through appropriate coordination with Property Manager.
In the case of emergency contact the applicable public service response organization and the Property Manager and follow applicable emergency procedures.
2 years’ experience in the concierge or customer service field preferred.
Ability to enroll in the 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after meeting eligibility requirements.
