Warehouse Shipping Manager Jobs in Oregon

10+ years of supervising experience, preferably in a warehouse environment

Experience with ERP (preferably NetSuite by Oracle) and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Managing personnel and processes for small package department and OS&D

Maintaining carrier contracts and overseeing development of new carriers

Oversight of quality control of small part items including maintaining inbound inspections, labeling, and inventory counts

Strategy development of efficient shipping stations

• Experience in HR, staff management (attendance & performance)

• Good time-management skills, and adaptable to change in pace

• Set and manage work schedules

• Manage and mentor staff on performance

• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, and distribution center

• Prior experience in shipping, picking/packing, order processing preferred
