Warehouse Maintenance Jobs

Maintains and implements preventative maintenance programs and consults with the warehouse management team regarding maintenance needs, safety concerns and sanitation issues.

Provides input to the warehouse management team regarding changes to improve the operation.

Communicates appropriately with warehouse management, staff and 3rd parties on any maintenance related issues.

Assists warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals.

Notifies management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Performs general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.

Six months of experience in a similar position preferred

Experience in operating a pallet jack, forklift and other power equipment preferred

Stack and manage pallets by style and size and organize in designated storage areas

Perform and submit a daily power equipment checklist to the appropriate manager

Must have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision and the ability to judge distance

Physical Requirements and Essential Functions

Ensure personal and facility compliance with company requirements as it relates to PSE, Hazmat, HIPAA and all other required compliance items.

Perform other duties as requested by Manager, when necessary.

Prior experience in a maintenance function

General cleaning duties of facilities and grounds.

Minor maintenance duties, as needed, to maintain the condition of facilities and grounds.

Assist technicians in repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance duties.

• Must have basic PLC experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs

• Manage and oversee the preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment

• 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.

• Experience in directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians.

• Experience with SAP a plus
