Warehouse Inspector 1St Or 2Nd Shift Jobs in Texas

Understand and apply Quality Management System (QMS) procedures

Verify that incoming goods and finished products meet all requirements as listed in the specifications

Good basic math skills (including percentages, fractions, and decimals) are required

6 months+ quality control experience preferred

Write inspection reports to capture information and submit to QC Supervisor/delegate employee

Enter Inspection reports in a timely manner into the QC Software

Minimum of 1 year of industrial/automotive paint experience OR related technical/vocational school experience.

Auto Body, Electrostatic Painter and conventional set up experience

Dry sanding, masking, unmasking, stencil, finish painting, seal and touch up.

Must be able to demonstrate proper environmental & safety practices when setting up and cleaning equipment.

Promote climate of cooperation; leading by example mentoring others in safety, environmental, quality, lean and high-performance work team philosophies.

Demonstrate the ability to work with plastic fillers such as Bondo, icing, etc.

2nd Shift - (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm) with occasional OT

3rd Shift - (Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am) with occasional OT

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Must be able to lift and carry 5-80LBS.

Overtime is time and a half.

1st & 2 nd shift, Sunday-Thurs & Fri as needed

Weekly Pay, with starting pay $15 per hour.

Prepare goods and materials to be shipped along with their corresponding packing slips; perform basic inventory maintenance.

Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures (e.g., dock doors are locked, wheel chocks utilization)

Must be self-motivated team player, anxious and willing to learn new skills

Grade and inspect incoming materials

Direct customers throughout the facility

Sort and move materials as needed

Comply with all safety guidelines

All other duties as assigned
