Warehouse Floor Tech Jobs in Arkansas

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Proven experience as a Floor Tech or similar role is a plus.

Knowledge of various floor cleaning techniques, equipment, and solutions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.

Perform routine floor maintenance tasks, including mopping, sweeping, and polishing floors.

Clean and sanitize floors by using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.

Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.

Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education / High school diploma or GED preferred.

Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of this facility, which include a medical and physical examination.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS (WITH OR WITHOUT THE AID OF MECHANICAL DEVICES):

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism.
