Work closely with Sales and Management towards resolving customer problems/issues.
All other duties as assigned by Management
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service-oriented role
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Full-Time Hours (40+ a week)
1st Shift (8 am- 5 pm)
