Vocational Rehab Evaluator Jobs

Interview clients to ascertain employment, education, and training histories.

Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, vocational education, psychology, or education or the equivalent in a related field

Document client services and activities in the Fedcap CARES system

Uses time management skills to prioritize tasks and deadlines.

Uses conflict management skills to resolve client and employer complaints.

Uses caseload management software to input client data, process case expenditures and review progress of the case.

Uses critical thinking skills to compile, verify and process information to make reasonable and appropriate case decisions regarding clients.

Counsels applicants and assesses their abilities, occupational interests and goals to assist with eligibility determination.

Assesses clients’ skill set and directs them in appropriate employment objectives using counseling and guidance skills.

Associates degree in a Human Services field plus two (2) years residential experience
