Visual Merchandising Analyst Jobs in Ohio

Education/Experience: A minimum of 3 years of visual merchandising or design related experience.

Provide feedback to store teams on merchandise execution to elevate store customer shopping experience and drive Brand Loyalty and sales results.

Manage travel expenses to plan monthly.

Mathematical Skills: Understanding of retail reporting such as the 12, black box, sapa.

Partner with DVM on all communication tools and training methods to ensure consistency across all stores.

Execute seasonal and holiday prototypes to develop and communicate new standards and ensure execution across all stores.

Project management strength – able to plan, multitask, prioritize, organize, and delegate work effectively.

Computer skills: Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, Sketchup experience preferred.

Manage the VS Beauty Visual Merchandising strategy into creative, fashion-oriented, and brand-right interior concepts for each floor set.

Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and execute concepts and positioning for product launches/tests

Be a strong leader - be a leader with peers and manage up effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
