Overview A Visitor Guide is a customer service professional who provides information and assistance to visitors in a variety of settings, such as museums, zoos, theme parks, and other attractions. They are responsible for providing a positive and enjoyable experience for visitors, as well as ensuring their safety and security. Detailed Job Description Visitor Guides are responsible for greeting visitors, providing information about the attraction, answering questions, and providing directions. They may also be responsible for providing tours, leading activities, and providing customer service. They must be knowledgeable about the attraction and its offerings, as well as local attractions and events. They must be able to provide accurate information and assist visitors in finding their way around the attraction.
