7 PM to 7 AM

Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred)

Licensed or Provisional Professional Counselor (required), and/or higher therapy/counseling degree such as PhD, PsyD, or LCSW (required)

Professional license in the state of Missouri (required). Additional state licensure preferred.

Manages the care of patients in a variety of settings both internal and external to the organization.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education: Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)

Experience: 3 years clinical RN experience

Inpatient/Acute care experience in critical care required

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the required State(s) where care is provided

A hybrid position consisting of remote and in-person work days in the Durham, NC area.

Promoting patient/family understanding of the educational content and his/her involvement in the plan of care, and documenting in the patient record.

Working knowledge of sterile techniques and special procedures that are applicable to work performed.

Working knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering routine and special treatments to patients.

Level I - No experience required.

Note: 1 year of experience will be provided for an Associate degree in Medical Assisting.

Face to face or remote end user training for device and application use.

Minimum 1 year experience with Apple and android device configuration and applications.

Experience with iPhone and Android phones.

Experience with customer service and technical assistance.

Basic math skills required for data analyzation.

Possess strong customer service skills.
