Overview A Virtual Notary Public is a professional who is authorized to perform notarial acts online. They are responsible for verifying the identity of individuals, witnessing the signing of documents, and authenticating the signatures of those documents. Virtual Notaries are also responsible for maintaining records of all notarial acts and ensuring that all documents are properly executed. Detailed Job Description A Virtual Notary Public is responsible for verifying the identity of individuals, witnessing the signing of documents, and authenticating the signatures of those documents. They must be able to accurately identify the signer of a document, as well as any witnesses present. They must also be able to verify the authenticity of the document itself. In addition, they must be able to ensure that all documents are properly executed and that all notarial acts are properly recorded. Job Skills Required
