Vip Reservations Executive Jobs

· Knowledge of key stylist, publicists, managers, and influencer contacts for upcoming outreach

· Support VIP services manager on daily VIP related activity

· Manage daily sample requests and co-ordinate returns.

· Manage the distribution of VIP dressing alerts and follow up for credits.

· 2-3 years of relevant VIP influencer experience

· Experience usingLaunch metrics, sample loaning and gifting, messenger services, tracking press coverage.

Manage all sample trafficking, messenger services, gifting and showroom inventory

Manage a team of interns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1-2 years of agency experience required

Assist Senior VIP team with day-to-day across VIP clientele

Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on all hotels, their facilities, services and destinations.

Promoting our existing Rocco Forte Knights exclusive offers as well as other brand promotions.

Previous experience in the travel industry preferred.

Previous experience representing/selling villas and/or private residences recommended.

Experience in CRM especially Opera & Opera Cloud preferred.

Versatile, flexible – able to manage criticism and conflict effectively
