The ideal candidate will have past incident management / help desk experience and great written and oral communication skills.

Past experience with help desk or Incident management.

Experience in Critical Incident Management, including communication with various levels of executive management (i.e., VP) via phone or email.

Assist in triage and incident management with collection and analysis of performance metrics.

Compose and send notifications to management for incidents.

Initiate, maintain, and manage critical incident phone bridges (WebEx, Zoom).

Salary Range: $15.52 - $22.79

Knowledge in computer troubleshooting and prior experience working with computer software.

Operate in a remote setting and monitor EEG studies in progress to ensure we are capturing high-quality data.

Monitor up to 12 patients simultaneously while adhering to the AMA CPT requirements.

Two or more years of Clinical EEG experience.

Be provided with comprehensive training and opportunities to develop your clinical skills over time.

Participate in performance and quality improvement procedures.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Demonstrates understanding and proficiency of the use of the Telesitter software

Maintains visual observation at all times

Verbally redirects patient over digital 2-way audio device that is in patient room

Immediately summons the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance

Participates in hand-off of pertinent information/behavior about assigned patients when arriving on unit and upon completion of shift assignment

1+ years of experience in a GMP environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Associate Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other life science discipline.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to work in analytical testing labs with hazardous and toxic chemicals.

Comply with established measures for infection control, OSHA and AHCA regulations and risk management.

This is an onsite position. Not remote.

Utilizes time constructively and in an organized manner to accomplish assigned responsibilities.

Attend mandatory educational programs and annual in-services.

Preform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Ensures complete visualization of the patient via remote monitoring equipment.

1. Computer knowledge and skills.

2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
