4-7 years’ experience at a consulting firm, endowment/foundation, family office, fund of funds or other firm allocating to marketable managers

Participating in meetings with existing and prospective managers

Performing ad-hoc analysis and research related to client requests regarding individual stocks, third-party managers and/or underlying markets

Well-developed quantitative and analytical skills

Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Deliver people programs, including (but not limited to) performance management, compensation review, manager training, employee workshops and engagement surveys

Support the Clinical, Finance, and Legal organizations by developing and executing people strategies that align with your client groups’ business strategies

Partner with Recruiting to help drive a great experience for candidates and a streamlined onboarding experience

8+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner, People leadership, or equivalent business operations roles

Experience and sound understanding of healthcare organizations

Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills and ability to establish rapport, quickly build credibility, and engage in executive-level partnerships

· Partner with the business to ensure bar-raising organizational health and employee experience.

· Experience working with and running global teams.
