• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Develop relationships with veterinary schools and organizations to identify potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers on recruitment activities.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
