Veterinary Customer Service Jobs

Experience and medical knowledge base to appropriately direct questions, triage inquiries and to provide sound medical advice to the public.

Medical documentation, client communication and education regarding surgical procedures and other medical conditions.

Explains post-operative care instructions, nature of the procedure done and answers questions, as needed.

Helps in the Surgery Center where needed to promote efficiency and excellent patient care.

Handles all public vaccination appointments including paperwork, payment, and administering vaccinations.

Trains and works with volunteers to support the vaccination program and other administrative duties.

Perform general data entry as necessary.

Focus on retention of current customers by providing courteous and knowledgeable information regarding billing and following up on any questions.

1-3 years of customer service experience required

Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Can be self-sufficient and autonomous in a remote and office setting

Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.

Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.

Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.

Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.

Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
