Overview Vehicle Coordinators are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a fleet of vehicles. They are responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and inspected in accordance with company policies and procedures. Vehicle Coordinators also coordinate with vendors to ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and registered. Detailed Job Description Vehicle Coordinators are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a fleet of vehicles. This includes scheduling maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all vehicles are properly serviced and inspected, and coordinating with vendors to ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and registered. Vehicle Coordinators must also ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They must also maintain accurate records of all vehicle maintenance and repairs.
