Years of Experience:5+ years of similar experience with Program Management or Live Operations.

Preferred: have some similar live operations. Preparation and administrations of an event, or some sort of real time experience is preferred.

Industry- open, ideal candidates would have a tech background

Strong organization, multitasking and time management skills

Communicate effectively and clearly with all applicants, employees, managers, corporate staff, and co-workers.

Assist in any payroll duties and manage employee timesheets in ADP, as necessary

Ensure compliance with related Federal and state employment eligibility requirements and employment laws.

Responding to staff inquiries regarding employee benefits and other HR-related matters

• Working knowledge of MR Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Detail oriented
