Vacation Rental Maintenance Handy Person Jobs in Indiana

To perform a variety of semi-skilled manual tasks for maintenance, repair and upgrade of facilities and equipment of Camden County College.

Observe any deficiencies in or around the buildings and report them to the Building Operations Manager or Director.

Submit annual budget recommendations for new and/or replacement equipment, tools, maintenance supplies and materials to Building Operations Manager.

Minimum of five years of directly related commercial/industrial electrical and/or mechanical experience.

Demonstrate and promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Ability to work directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socio economic backgrounds.
