Do you hold an active CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)?

What You Will Need (minimum qualifications):

Plan, direct and participate in the maintenance of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.

Use of and operation of various equipment including a truck, excavator, loader.

Perform the full range of duties in the assigned area of work.

Participate in the connection of meter services; take meter readings as appropriate.

Working with inspectors for necessary approval on work completed.

Any combination of education, training, or experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities, may be acceptable.

Experience operating a 10-wheel dump truck is desired, experience with use of a plow and sander/anti-icing unit a plus.

The crew performs a variety of work from cleaning ditches, fixing cave-ins, and laying pipe to installing concrete.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Strong work ethic is required.

Pay rate determined by experience, work history and skill level including Floor Work and Carpet Cleaning.

Floor and Carpet experience also a plus.

Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Janitorial PREFERRED but NOT mandatory.

Hard Working & Experienced Janitors

7am start usually - end time determined buy how busy schedule is but is approx. 6-8 hours on average per day

Monday - Friday (occasional weekend work - optional)
